DEFINITIONS:

1. 4. Each supporter can only support one creator at the same time.

2. All officially certified content creators will receive a 5% share of the proceeds from their supporters' fees in the game (the creator will receive a $5 income share for every $100 paid by the supporter; if the supporter pays less than $100 cumulatively, the official will not settle with the creator, and the income share will be accumulated, settle in accordance with this Agreement until all of the Creator's Supporters' fees are equal to or exceed $100 in the Game;

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

● Play fairly and within the rules of the game.

Don’t

● Engage in hate speech, threats, spam, harassment, discriminatory or illegal behavior.

● Be overly commercial or spammy.

● Disseminate obscenity, violence, terror, murder or abet any crime.

● Insult or slander others and infringe legitimate rights and interests of others.

● Create or display any pornographic content in association with Auto Chess.

● Violate any copyright or trademark of Auto Chess or any other third party.

● Promote or engage in gambling associated with Auto Chess.

● Participate in any action which, in the sole and exclusive judgment of Auto Chess, defrauds the game or any other player.

● Post game-related promotions or promotional content that violates the local laws and regulations of the area where the event is located.

● Other official judgments may adversely affect or harm the interests of <Auto Chess> or the official.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior is not allowed. Anyone who is asked to stop unacceptable behavior should comply immediately. If the creator takes unacceptable behavior, the game <Auto Chess> may be officially deemed appropriate to take any action, including, but not limited to, terminating the creator's authority in the event, suspending the settlement of the creator's revenue share, no longer making revenue-sharing settlement with the creator, and no longer paying the creator's share of the proceeds is no longer paid.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Term

1. The effective period of this Agreement will begin on the date of your "Submission" and will remain in effect unless the official voluntary written notice terminates.

2. (2) The creator violates the national policy of laws and regulations, this agreement and the game user agreement, and the rules established by the authorities in connection with the game or event;

(3) Force Majeure event, "Force Majeure Event" means natural disaster, labor dispute or strike, war, national legal provisions, government orders or regulations, or any other similar reason beyond control, affecting official services or official rights.

(4) Other situations where the official opinion is that the provision of services to the creator is deemed necessary or terminated.

4. If the official terminates this Agreement or terminates the service to the Creator as agreed above. In such cases, all creators are entitled only to a share of the proceeds accumulated and unpaid on the date of termination of the service.

Relevant content

2. All creators must agree to (a) the SUPPORT-A-CREATOR User Agreement; (b) the Auto Chess terms of users; (c) the Official rules related to games or events.

After you submit your application for registration, the official will conduct a review. You must go through an official review to become a creator, and if the review passes, you will receive an official email and the official can notify you of your approval on the dedicated page of the event website. Once approved, you will be able to view your specific event data information, including supporter numbers, revenue data, and more, by logging on to the Event page.

Without disclosing the creator's private information to the outside world, the official has the right to analyze and commercially utilize the entire creator database. The Creator understands and agrees that the official has the right to provide the creator with the necessary information such as user information in the game or event at the request of the relevant State authorities. If the creator is suspected of infringing the legitimate rights and interests of others, the official has the right to provide the right holder with the necessary personal information necessary by the creator in the case of a preliminary judgment that the alleged infringement may exist.

Creators who has objections to the amendments to the terms of this agreement have the right to refuse to continue to accept official services, and if the Creator continues to accept official services, the Creator agrees to the official amendment to the terms of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined for any reason to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or non-executable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision closest to the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

The failure of the Official to exercise, fail to exercise or fully exercise the rights of this Agreement or in accordance with the provisions of the Law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or to affect the exercise of such right by the Official in the future.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Crown reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Agreement.

All official notices to Creators under this Agreement may be made through web announcements, e-mails, system notices, etc., which shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Creator on the date of sending.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The formation, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws.
