We have received feedback about the "cannot claim the reward in Server Carnival event". This issue has now been fixed.
Description: During the Server Carnival event, players cannot claim the reward successfully after finishing all the missions.
Status: Fixed
Reward Re-issue: For players who didn't receive corresponding rewards after completed all the missions during the event, we will re-issue the rewards via in-game mails within 3 business days.
